In order to assure this service, E-nable+ reserves the right to access information exchanged through the messaging system on a case-by case basis.

Upon registration, we apply a double opt-in procedure to prevent non-authorised registrations. After your registration, we send you an email to the address disclosed to us. This confirmation email contains an URL that you need to confirm explicitly in order to activate your account.
When you connect with the portal, your data is encrypted by "SSL" and "https standards". To encrypt your login details (email address and password) in our database, we apply the cryptologic hash function "bcrypt". Furthermore, we encrypt all URL’s when retrieving documents from the platform. Each URL is valid only for a defined period of time and can only be recalled from the platform.
We back-up the database periodically on redundant systems. The hosting and storage of data is performed within Europe (currently in Frankfurt) which safeguards a high level of protection for your data.
User accounts are banned after a defined number of unsuccessful login attempts. A banned user account can only be released after a strict confirmation procedure.

In order to access your account you need to insert your E-nable+ username and your chosen password.
